Physical DescriptionTranslucent colorless glass (now grayish); blown. Shallow body; wall curving in to very slightly concave base; engraved design on exterior of two groups of two hydras, en face, flanking a longevity motif, the two groups separated by two floral-and-tendril motifs; slight kick in base; foot formed of solid coil of glass with roughly fused ends; rough ground pontil area.Provenance
