Physical DescriptionOpaque white, very deep purple (appearing black), light yellow, and bright green. Slices of cane fused to form disk or similar form, which was cast; ground and polished. Fragment of vessel. Very small part of wall survives (Th. 0.2–0.25 cm), and its orientation cannot be determined. Decorated on outside with almond- or tear-shaped boss (L. 2.5 cm, W. 0.95 cm, Th. varies from 0.2 cm at pointed end to 0.8 cm at rounded end). Fragment is composed of identical cane slices (D. 0.4–0.6 cm) with, at center, white circle containing four quadrants outlined in purple and filled with white; circle is surrounded by narrow yellow ring, with green ring outside it. Both exterior and interior were polished.
