白套双色玻璃竹篓式鼻烟壶
Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle with Stopper. Opaque white, red, aventurine-green glass; blown, cased and cameo-carved. (a) Ovoid form, with short neck ending in a disk-shape rim with red and green layers at the rim, cut tapering small hole in the top for a stopper and spoon; sloping shoulders; rounded sides covered with a carved red band with incised allover pattern of hexagonal cells, a pattern in imitation of bamboo basket; green handles at the sides at the top, relief-carved figure of a man in a stylized boat on one face, a man pulling a mule on the other, with flying bird and bat on the sides; green and red foot ring. (b) Domed form, red-orange on white, with a tiny ivory button top; tapered cork shank with ivory spoon, with long slender handle and oval bowl.
