Physical DescriptionFragment of Bowl. Colorless or almost colorless; decorated in yellowish brown. Blown; stained. Fragment of probably hemispherical bowl. Lower wall (Th. 0.1-0.15 cm) curves down and in, and merges with slightly convex base. Decorated on inside: trace of ornament in register on lower wall; two concentric circles (W. 0.4 and 0.25 cm) separate ornament on wall and define roundel that occupied entire floor; outer part of roundel was composed of about six triangular panels (one survives), of which inner circle forms bases; surviving triangle contains plantlike motif with straight stem and two leaves, which curve up and out toward angles between sides and base. Yellowish brown stain has narrow pale yellow "halos."
