Physical DescriptionClear glass with slight yellow tinge; partly heavy scum, iridescence and pitting, decolorization of the enamel; free blown, enameled and gilded; trumpet-shaped body tapering to applied ring base with rough pontil mark and flaring to wide plain rim. Decoration: central frieze includes three musicians (? at least one is a musician) in gold and delineated in red lines, and three tazza-like stemmed salvers in the empty spaces between the heads, all motifs having some multi-colored enamel "in relief"; below rim a Cufic inscription in blue and gold accompanied by two gold bands, at lower body an arabesque band in blue and gold accompanied by two gold bands.
