Physical DescriptionTransparent light greenish blue glass with few bubbles; mold- blown, two-part mold; rim cracked off and ground. Pyriform beaker; rim curves outward and upward, ground; short cylindrical neck; rounded shoulder; body tapers towards bottom; flat base. Mold-blown decoration in two registers: (a) four horses, each identified by name, alternate with four palm trees with fronds and clusters of dates: "INC/IT" faces "HIR/PIN", "CIA/[ ]O" faces "SAC/HA"; (b) four standing figures, each with right arm raised in salute, receive crowns or palm fronds from winged Victories; the figures are identified by name "HIHRAX" (below "INC/IT"), "PYRAM", "CECAS" and "CRVSCVS"; on base, four concentric rings in relief.Provenance
