Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless glass with very pale green tint; blown with wheel-cut and engraved ornament. Fragment from floor of dish; decoration consists of polished wheel-cut facets and engraving on exterior: (seen from inside) part of female figure on double ground line, running toward left with face in profile and torso shown frontally; head tilted upward, clean-shaven and with long, curly hair; dressed in short, divided tunic but with left breast uncovered; right arm extended in front with forearm raised; left arm extended behind with forearm pointing downward; left leg bent with toe of booted foot touching upper ground line; behind him, cloak with double border and inside divided into three equal parts by two pairs of horizontal lines with many small scroll-like motifs between them.
