Physical DescriptionColorless glass; blown or cast, wheel-cut. Fragment: disk shaped. Wheel-cut decoration on one surface: part of medallion (D. about 10 cm) with border consisting of continuous groove, 0.2 cm wide; inside border, concentric circle of oval facets; inside this, rosette (D. about 6.5 cm) with eighteen petals, rounded at tips,outlined with grooves and with elongated radial facet at inner end of each petal; at center of rosette, circular or roughly circular ring (D. about 3 cm) of oval facets with inner and outer border of one continuous groove.
