Physical DescriptionTransparent green over colorless; both with very few small bubbles. Blown, applied; relief and linear-cut. Fragment from wall of cup or beaker (TTh. 0.25 cm), which is straight and either vertical or tapering. Relief decoration (Th. 0.1 cm): part of standing bird in profile, facing right; lower body shown in outline; leg indicated by single line of uneven thickness; wing, folded against back, appears as solid green triangle, with plumage indicated by straight cuts through to colorless glass; tail, too, is solid green; just below tail, colorless horizontal rib, presumably continuous, in countersunk relief. Colorless glass has traces of coldworking only in vicinity of bird.
