Physical DescriptionOpaque yellow glaze over ceramic element with inlays of opaque medium deep blue glass, dull surface, otherwise unweathered; molded element inscribed, glazed and finally inlaid. Long rectangular pendant broken on bottom, pierced at top with two regular suspension holes. Yellow glaze runs beneath blue inlays which form a hieroglyphic inscription on each side framed by a rectangular blue strip. Inscription: "Mut, lady of Ashern, Lady of Heaven...". Second inscription: "Mut, Lady of Heaven, mistress of the gods...".
