Physical DescriptionLight green glass; blown-molded; plain lip, pontil mark on base. Obverse: three-quarter view of Washington in uniform facing left. Reverse: American Eagle. Similar to No. 9. Smaller thunderbolt (three short arrows) in right talons, different small olive branch in left. Eleven small stars above eagle and one at left of right wing similar to stars on No. 9. Eagle stands on oval frame with inner band of fifteen small pearls. Inscription: "G. WASHINGTON." in semi-circle above bust. Edges: horizontal beading with vertical medial rib.
