Physical DescriptionAquamarine glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: American Eagle, head turned to left; abnormally large beak; wings partly raised and left slightly foreshortened. No shield on breast. Arrangement of feathers and tail entirely different from GII-11. Thunderbolt (four arrows) in its right talons, olive branch in left. Eagle above an oval frame broken at base of flask and containing inner band of ten large pearls. In large semi-circle surrounding eagle are eighteen stars, circular shape with indented points. Reverse: broader inverted cornucopia, coiled to left and filled with produce; cornucopia has seven ribs; produce quite different from GII-11. Edges: horizontally beaded with vertical medial rib.
