Physical DescriptionClear light green glass; blown-molded; plain lip, pontil mark on base. Obverse: three-quarter view of Washington in uniform facing left; branches, probably intended for olive, encircling bust. Reverse: American Eagle, head turned to right and body curving; wings partly raised in different position than any preceding flasks. Thunderbolt (three arrows) in its right talons, olive branch in left, branch extending through lower tip of wing and leaves appearing at right of wing. Sun rays above eagle's head and thirteen small stars at termination of rays. No oval frame. Inscription: none. Edges: horizontal beading with vertical medial rib.Provenance
