Interpretive NotesDesk accessories were popular and could be purchased individually or as a matching set. This set’s costly retail price of $30 underscores its luxury status. Tiffany offered other versions that were more “affordable” at $10. By comparison the 1906 Sears, Roebuck and Co. mail-order catalogue advertised a “Common Sense Inkwell” for just $0.07.
