The vase is signed “Le Verre Français.”
Physical DescriptionTranslucent and opaque cloudy greyish and brown glasses; blown, layered, and acid-etched. Hollow ring foot with ground pontil mark, short knop stem, funnel bowl with rim curving inwards; brown flowers on "frosted" background with yellow and blue spots, brown leaves at lower part of bowl, stem and foot completely cased in brown; on foot: "Le Verre Francais", on base: "France".
