Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless, with greenish yellow tinge. Blown; cut. Bottle: biconical, with greatest diameter above midpoint. Rim ground flat; neck tapers; base flat; no pontil mark. Wheel-cut decoration: on neck, six flat vertical facets; on body, step-shaped molding at top, below which four equidistant stepped facets extend to bottom of wall. Each facet has, at center, downwardpointing tear-shaped boss with flat surface bisected by vertical cut; boss rests on larger tear-shaped boss, truncated at bottom, also with flat surface, which rests on third, larger truncated tear-shaped boss; above largest bosses, four arc-shaped cuts, which make continuous stepped facet.Provenance
