Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless, with yellowish green tinge. Blown; linear-cut. Bowl: shallow. Rim plain and rounded; side straight and tapering, curving in at bottom; base flat. Pontil mark mostly removed by grinding. Linear-cut decoration on wall consists of menorah with seven branches and diamond-shaped motif, each repeated three times, one alternating with the other. Each menorah has stepped base consisting of two horizontal cuts, shaft composed of two vertical cuts, and candle holders consisting of two horizontal cuts surmounted by seven short vertical cuts. Second diamond-shaped motif contains vertical band of (from top to bottom): V-shaped cut, four or five short horizontal cuts aligned vertically, and inverted V-shaped cut; outside, pair of short parallel cuts halfway along each side and perpendicular to it, and group of three short horizontal cuts extending from angles at sides of diamond but not top and bottom.
