Physical DescriptionTransparent red-orange glass; blown with applied bits, applied millefiori, soldered wire. Ovoid shape; stylized body of transparent red-orange glass, covered with red-orange bits and pulled at one point to suggest a beak; two black, white, orange and yellow slices of millefiori have been applied to two indentations placed at approximately equal distance from the beak, to create eyes; base with adjoining colorless prunts; each prunt has been inserted with a copper cylinder which is, in turn, inserted with copper wire legs soldered to form flat, connecting wire feet.Provenance
