Physical DescriptionSculpture. Colorless and Alexandrite optical and dichroic glasses; cast, cold-worked. Sculpture in two parts: larger colorless solid hemisphere resting on curved base; top surface has been cut and polished into six facets (two equal opposite quarters, four equal eighths); second smaller solid teardrop shaped amethyst section, pointed end cut and polished with two large half heart-shaped facets; inscribed in script near edge of one faceted plane on colorless section: "Klein 86".
