Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass, metal; mold-blown and fabricated by hand. Spherical hollow glass ball, with short cylindrical neck covered by metal fixture; ball sits inside square open framework with top and bottom plates and four supporting posts; metal wick tube from top opening in glass through top plate; "PAT JAN 27 -80" and "A & W MFG CO CHICAGO" on shoulder of glass ball; metal bail handle, with socket for pole.
