Physical DescriptionTransparent darkish-blue glass, cut in six rhomboidal planes sloping downward from a central flat hexagon; mounted in thin metal with circular openings for the glass, rimmed with a beaded edge and surrounded by an octagonally lobed downward-sloping medallion in repousse relief; glass set formed by grinding, and affixed by crossed wires emanating from the backs of the metal medallions; for attachment to the robes each medallion has six sets of two small holes adjacent to the beaded rim and eight sets of two tiny holes at the outer lobed edge; backed by cardboard disks.Provenance
