Physical DescriptionBowl. Translucent deep blue glass, extremely bubbly with white stone and dull opaque brick red flakes, trails of opaque yellow and opaque white; core-formed, trail-decorated and tooled. Deep hemispherical form, rounded rim with single applied trail of light brown glass, segment ca. 3 mm. long preserved, vessel wall thickens from 4 to 5 mm. before bending down and in to form simple hemispherical body; greatest diameter is accented with a register formed of two heavy yellow trails applied to the surface and marvered in, the register is filled with six alternating trails of yellow and white glass which have been marvered in and pulled up to the upper limit of the register in order to form a festooned or feathered pattern; the technique is neither regular nor well executed.
