Physical DescriptionChips and fragments of opaque yellow, opaque green, opaque white, opaque red, translucent deep blue and medium blue and translucent blue-green, all are broken and weathered; all are mosaic glass or millefiori technique including: two fragments of eye canes, one primarily translucent deep blue, the other turquoise; one translucent deep blue-green cane with turquoise spiral; a vessel fragment with checkerboard blue and white as well as red and green square; a bar of translucent deep blue cased on one flat side with opaque white; three inlaid fragments with parallel stripe design, one red and white; one blue, red and white; one white and blue; four chips of translucent greenish-blue inlay material with checkerboard white patterns probably from a larger piece; part of a floral plaque in green with a large yellow, white and red petal; a small inlay fragment retaining yellow circles cased with white in a blue field with yellow on either side; two fragments with turquoise, yellow, blue and red horizontal bands; D-shaped translucent deep blue inlay; fragment of a wing, possibly in yellow, blue and white backed with red; curved fragment, possibly a vessel with yellow, green, red and white on one surface; two fragments of bars pulled down while hot and preserving a checkerboard and chevron pattern respectively.Provenance
