Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, gilt. (a) Cylindrical, straight-sided form; rounded shoulders, short neck with flared rim; ground for a stopper; cut circular facets on the shoulder, outlined with gilt, with scattered gilt stars; cut arcs, lines and ovals in a geometric pattern on the sides; gilt circles, rings, lines, and stylized floral sprays; concave base with rough partly polished pontil mark. (b) Gilt ball finial; rough- ground tapered shank.
