Physical DescriptionOpaque medium green glass, bubbly, dull surface, some patches of thin iridescent weathering crust adhering; cast, lathe-cut and polished. Small pallet probably for mixing cosmetics, interior is a deep regular depression with a short interior lip, elaborate and crisp profile, thick rim ground flat on top, concave side sits on top a quarter round cavetto molding, body cut back in from this molding spreads out to base, base spreads out in a similar profile but a wider cavetto molding profiled at the edge by a concave groove; the entire vessel or container sits on a lathe-cut ring base (3.1 cm. Diam.), the interior profiled with a three-quarter round and a simple step, flat underside.
