Physical DescriptionOpaque white glass, gilt; pressed. Conical bowl, with vertical fluting alternating with vertical lines of beading; gilded "beads" and gilt decoration of stars and wavy lines and a stylized palm frond alternate in the flutes; gilt line near rim, around top of flutes; zig-zagging at bottom of flutes and around hexagonal scalloped foot; impressed "PORTIEUX" underneath.
