Physical DescriptionOpaque white lead glass; blown, enameled, and gilt. Deep, ovoid bowl; two gilt lines around the rim; enameled naturalistic depiction of two water lily plants, one on either side of the bowl, with yellow flowers, three green leaves, one bud, growing from yellow and brown roots; gilt line at the base of the bowl; stem composed of two ball knops, the upper with gilt line, above a strongly flared true baluster, with gilt line; disk foot with gilt ring near the rim; polished pontil mark.Provenance
