Physical DescriptionColorless, some bubbles; blown, wheel-engraved, ground and polished. Plate with very wide flange rim. Rim horizontal with plain rounded lip; shallow tapering wall; base plain, concave, with edge ground and polished to make foot ring. Wheel-engraved decoration on underside of flange rim and base, intended to be seen from inside. On rim, four irregularly-spaced groups of figures of uneven size: (from inside, clockwise from 12 o'clock) man and woman, naked, lying extended, facing each other and kissing; man and woman, naked, kneeling, facing each other and kissing; two dachshund-like animals, one male, the other presumably female, standing, facing each other with noses almost touching; man and two women, naked, standing, man and woman on right embracing, woman on left turning away. On base, round face with eyes, nose and mouth.
