Physical DescriptionGoblet Bowl. Colorless, opaque white. Vetro a fili; applied. Goblet bowl. Nearly cylindrical bowl with fire-polished rim, attached by merese to blown knop; foot missing. Bowl is decorated, around base, with applied band of colorless glass that is notched, and, around half-height, with compound band consisting of central twisted opaque white thread between two single, narrow white ribbons. Fourteen opaque white ribbons run vertically from below horizontal thread, under applied band, across base toward merese. Merese is made of colorless glass; knop is made of vetro a fili canes.
