Physical DescriptionBowl with Animals. Almost colorless, with greenish tinge. Blown; pincered. Bowl: cylindrical. Rim plain, with rounded lip; wall vertical, curving in slightly at bottom; base plain; pontil mark roughly circular (W. 1.2-1.4 cm). Pincered decoration consists of three very similar animals with impressed outlines. Each animal (H. about 6.5 cm) is shown in profile facing left, but with head turned toward viewer. Head is oval, with two oval eyes and ears indicated by single short, upward pointing lines; neck consists of one U-shaped line, body of two ovals placed side by side, each leg is represented by one straight line, and tail by single U-shaped line. Decoration is also impressed on interior of vessel.
