Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; mold-blown, cut; molded, encased sulphide. Cylindrical, straight-sided shape; plain rim; sides with plain rectangular panels alternating with panels of vertical ribbing; cut, octagonal, convex panel on the side, enclosing a molded white ceramic (sulphide) bust-length portrait of a monk, robed with hood, arms crossed; plain rectangular panel below, with shell ends and scrolled supports; octagonal base with polished, flat rim and convex center.
