Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, engraved. Tall, cylindrical shape with trailed foot ring; sides bearing engraved equestrian representations of the Electors and Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire in two ranks, in the first, ".CHVR.TRIER.1./ .CHVR.COLLN.2./ .CHVR.MENTZ.3./ .IHR.KAEISERLICHEN.M.4., and in the second rank ".CHVR.PFALTZ./.5./ .CHVR .SACHSSEN./.6./ .CHVR.BRANDENBVRG./.7., and .CHVR.HEIDELBERG./.8., with their respective arms between; a third rank of engraved views of stylized buildings and trees; with an engraved stylized foliate border below; slight kick with pontil mark.
