Physical DescriptionTransparent light olive-green non-lead glass; blown, gilt, enameled. Cylindrical, straight-sided form, with flared foot rim; gilt band below the rim, with enameled white inscription; on the sides, below, a large, crowned, double-headed eagle, bearing on its breast a crowned oval panel with male portrait, inscribed on the edge of the panel "LEOPOLDVS . D.G.R.I.S.A.G.E. HV.B.R.EX . Anno 1676"; on the wings of the eagle, oval panels at the top bearing male portraits (the Electors), with arms and identifying inscriptions; below, in four bands, shields with coats of arms; bands below, indicating ranks; lengthy inscription in white on the reverse, again with the date "1676" and a geometric gilt and white-enamel ornament; conical bottom with rough pontil mark.
