Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; encased, molded sulphide, cut; stamped metal mount. Flat, rectangular form, with polished flat face; enclosing a molded white sulphide head of a man, with mustache, facing sinister; inscribed on the base of the neck in Cyrillic letters "A[...?...]PAIN" (?); the sides of the plaque with cut linear grooves and short grooves at right angles; the reverse side covered with cross-cut diamonds; drilled at the top, with an attached foliate-stamped and gilded mount with turned post and loose ring for hanging, held on with a screw.
