Physical DescriptionDeep purple-blue glass; blown and cut. (a) Urn-shaped; deep body with straight sides cut in large diamonds, sloping paneled shoulder, long neck cut in scales and bulging below short "neck" over which the cap fits; applied foot having narrow rounded step on flat cut octagonal base and with small rough pontil mark on bottom. (b) Silver cap, perforated in scrolls and flowers in diagonal bands; topped by small flame finial.
