Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle and Stopper. Opaque white, yellow, and translucent green non-lead glass, coral, ivory, cork, paper; blown, overlay, carved. (a) Ovoid form; green overlay on yellow, on white; flat, circular rim with small hole for a stopper; yellow rim; the sides with cameo-carved green goldfish on the sides, on a yellow basket form, with green bail handles; incised hexagonal cells covering the surface of the basket; carved to the white above and below the basket; carved splayed green and yellow foot rim; paper label on the bottom, inscribed in ink "68./336". (b) Domed pink coral button mounted on a green glass disk; tapered cork stopper; stained brown slender spoon with oval spatulate.
