Physical DescriptionColorless, with opaque light and dark blue non-lead glasses; machine blown into a mold, silk-screened enamel decoration. Art Deco tumbler with narrow fire-polished lip, straight-sided walls taper in slightly at flat base; walls decorated with light blue block letters "MARINE - TRANSPORTATION - BUILDING" in an undulating line over stylized graphic depiction of the building also in light blue, over larger dark blue letters in elongated face "NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR - 1939" encircling vessel slightly above base edge; concentric ring mold marks on base; unsigned.Provenance
