Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass with red, black, blue and teal inclusions over opaque white; hot-worked, ground and polished, inserted metal and plastic clockwork. Free-hand formed hollow lump of colorless in an irregular spherical shape with slightly flattened sides, rounded corners, flattened frond and swelling back; colorless with inclusions of four red spots of varying sizes, black hooked stripe, two blue spots and two teal parallel lines which encircle front face opening; colorless is laid over a hollow ovoid center of pale gray translucent opal; centered front face opening has been ground and polished into a circle; commercially manufactured clock workings with chrome border, white face with red, blue, black and green hour dots, blue-green and red hands and black lettering; works fit into circular opening in glass and are held in place by three prongs; base has been ground and polished into a flat oval; unsigned on glass, clock marked in block letters "FEDRA-Design/quartz" above center.Provenance
