Physical DescriptionTransparent, blue tint non-lead glass, aluminosilicate; colorless non-lead; wood, white metal; mold-blown by machine, pressed; a) globular shaped boiler; smooth rim; channel around the circumference of pot near top; body straight from rim to channel; wood band around channel; horizontal handle with rounded end attached to band by screw; body slightly rounded out from channel to base; flat circular base slightly depressed, green PYREX® Flameware trademark stamped onto base; b) cylindrical shaped boiler; smooth rim; channel around circumference of pot near top; body straight from rim down to channel; wood band around channel; horizontal handle with rounded end attached to band by screw; body slightly tapered out from channel before flaring in to straight cylindrical bottom; slightly depressed flat circular base, green PYREX® Flameware trademark stamped onto base; c) circular cover; rounded flange on top; cover slightly domed; inside retaining rim on underside of cover, "PYREX®" molded into underside near retaining rim, "6763-C" molded into underside on opposite side.
