Physical DescriptionScent Bottle with Stopper. Transparent deep blue (appearing black), cased in transparent green, cased in colorless non-lead glasses; blown, applied decoration, furnace-worked and cased, cut. Spherical shape; solid, opaque black stopper, top surface ground and polished flat; spherical cased vessel with narrow, slightly concave opening; body decorated with three trails of glass spiraling three-fourths around body, tapering from thick gob to very thin end; wrap heaviest opening is green, center wrap has extended staggered placement between upper and lower rows and consists of three overlapped wraps of colorless, green and blue, lower wrap is of green; base has been ground and polished flat in two adjacent areas allowing a varied resting angle; stopper and opening ground to fit; inscribed in script on base: "Susan DiMarchi 1986".
