Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, enameled, gilded, stained. Waisted, cylindrical shape, with thick, flared foot; the rim polished and gilded; the sides decorated with a continuous landscape with palm tree and other luxurious plants in the background, in grisaille enamel on a translucent white background, featuring two groups of birds, one white (Egrets), the other black (Cassowaries), identified below in script "Ardea Egretta / earumque ova" and "Struthiones Casuarii / M: et F:"; the base with cut vertical grooves, completely gilded; the flat bottom with cut star, entirely stained yellow.
