Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass, polychrome transparent enamels; blown, brush enameled. Small goblet with lipless ground and polished rim, deep bowl decorated with three horizontal rows of stylized flower blossoms (top row is bluish with orange centers, lower two rows are white with yellow centers), each blossom is outlined by brown swags separated by vertical lines of white pulled up from base of tapered bowl, base has a narrow scalloped edge of orange; bowl rests on solid tooled patty (yellow); hollow hemispherical knop is decorated with overlapped rows of scalloping (white, orange, white, blue) knop is top of hollow conical base decorated just below knop with a small row of white scallops, then a row of elongated yellow petals interspersed with narrow pointed orange petals, main section of foot has swirled petals (white with blue tips on green background) that are rounded near base rim band (yellow); slight roughness on underside of base rim; no pontil; on base in green enamel: "2820".Provenance
