Physical DescriptionArcher's Thumb Ring. Translucent colorless "Camphor" or "snowflake" glass; probably cut from a tube, ground, cased with bright blue glass and carved. Tubular shape; upper rim flat with narrow blue collar; sharply cut design of isolated motifs; a large fish in ocean spray, a stork with a fish in its mouth, a cloud, and a two-story pavilion on a cloud, the surfaces of all being delicately engraved for detail; lower rim flattened with broader, thicker and bulbous blue collar; interior surface smooth.
