Physical DescriptionTranslucent white non-lead glass; blown, gilt, acid-etched. Tall, amphora shape; cup-shaped neck with gilt, polished rim, bulbous ring below with gilt band; tall neck, ovoid body; two loop handles, with gilt formal scrolls along the sides, attached to the body using metal pins; annulated knop with gilt bands, at the base of the body; tall bell-shaped foot with gilt band at the rim; the foot and knop attached to the vase using a screw and nut; the vase and foot acid-etched on the outside.Provenance
