Physical DescriptionOpaque white non-lead glass; brown, red, yellow, green and gray decoration; stainless steel; black and clear plastic; green, white and blue-gray cardboard; mold-blown by machine, applied decal; a) cylindrical shaped carafe; flared metal rim with pinched lip over top of carafe, rim angled so lip at tallest side, exterior of metal rim extends down around neck of carafe, "614"on rim near handle; handle opposite lip, is upside down "L" shape, attached to metal rim; carafe tapered out to base; identical design on each half of body, design is a mixture of leaves, flowers, and pods with "Le Café" below it, "CORNING WARE/6 Cup/P-146" with cornflower emblem above it on side of carafe below handle; "6/5/4" printed on side of carafe interior; flat circular base; b) circular cover; cylindrical knob with slightly domed top; cover has rounded indentation in one side; cylindrical insert on underside; c) cylindrical pump; narrow open tube attached to center of domed base with flat top; tube bulged out around circumference near top and midway point, spring trapped between bulges; d) cylindrical filter basket; open top; rim of greater diameter than basket; three angled lines indented into rim; top of basket perforated with holes; flat base perforated with holes, base has open cylindrical tube in center, tube extends up into basket, top threaded; e) rectangular percolator box; object identification information on all sides of box, in addition, top has box certificate, front has image of percolator, and back lists benefits to owning one; old pink price sticker on bottom; piece of brown tape on both sides.Provenance
