Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless, with greenish tinge. Blown (perhaps mold-blown); relief-cut. Fragment from lower wall and edge of base of bottle (TTh. 0.35 cm) decorated in relief (Th. 0.1 cm). Lower wall straight, with very slight taper; base plain. Decoration on wall consists of frieze defined at bottom by horizontal notched rib. Surviving part of frieze contains two lower front legs and one hind leg of animal apparently in left profile. Front legs have narrow pasterns with single longitudinal grooves, and hatched triangular feet. Hind leg is partly notched; it also has hatched triangular foot. Between hind leg and nearer front leg, notched linear motif and possibly one printy. Underside of base has concentric rib (D., est., about 8 cm), which serves as foot-ring.
