Physical DescriptionColorless, blue, red, and white glass; mosaic glass technique. Circular cane slice with three multi-pointed white stars outlined in red with rings of blue teardrops in centers and rings of white stars around outside. Two medallions showing white teardrops outlined in blue. Cane slice mounted on square piece of cardstock with "164" written on reverse.
