The emerging Swedish designer Hanna Hansdotter designed these lidded jars as an homage to the tradition and craftsmanship of Kosta Boda as part of the glass company’s 275th anniversary celebration. Released in a limited edition, they pay tribute to the work of Monica Backström and her series “Space,” commissioned by Kosta Boda in the 1980s. -Susanne Jøker Johnsen

Physical DescriptionVessel with Lid, "Dome Granite" from "Nightfall" series. Blown and cased glass. Large circular vessel with lid. Blown and cased glass vessel and lid are made to resemble granite with shades of black, gray, white and peach cased with colorless glass.
