Physical DescriptionGeissler Tube. Colorless glass, metal, cork, pink residue; lampworked. Glass tube with two bulbous ends, each containing a metal rod. One end has small pulled glass attachment. Cylindrical tube between ends contains thinner tube manipulated into serpentine shape flanked by two bulbous shapes. Outer tube has cylindrical vacuum tube sealed with cork stopper. Pink residue clings to interior of outer wall.
