Physical DescriptionGeissler Tube. Colorless glass, metal, pink residue; lampworked. Glass tube with two bulbous ends, each containing a metal rod. One end has small pulled glass attachment partially covered in brown substance. Cylindrical tube between ends contains thinner tube manipulated spiral. Outer tube has cylindrical vacuum tube. Bright pink residue clings to interior of outer wall, particularly around vacuum tube. Small powdery granules loose within outer tube.
